Good for
- A weak or recessed chin
- An undefined jawline or jowling
- Flattened cheeks and mid-face sagging
- Profile imbalance between nose, lips and chin
- Early signs of facial ageing without surgery
What is facial balancing?
Facial balancing (also called profile harmonisation) uses dermal fillers, and sometimes Botox, to improve the proportions between your features. A small change to the chin can make the nose look smaller. A defined jawline can make the lower face look lifted. Supported cheeks can soften under-eye hollows.
How it works
We start with a detailed consultation, photographs and an honest conversation about your goals. Dr. Arwa then designs a step-by-step plan so results build gradually. Treatment is often split into two sessions a few weeks apart, so every change looks natural and nothing is overdone.
Aftercare
- Follow the filler aftercare for each treated area.
- Avoid dental work and facial massage for 2 weeks.
- Sleep on your back for the first 2 nights if possible.
Results vary from person to person. A medical consultation is required to confirm suitability.
